Volume produced the first tuck no hander?

I was cruising threw some old photos on trick track to try and find the specific one of Sam Miller that I have been hunting out for a phew days now.   I later came across this volume add. 

Edit:  This is Alfredo Mancuso of volume, and this shit is real.

Side note:  That add is really annoying and ugly, with the fake ass record and such, haha.  If you just cropped that out, it would look so much better, even.
