Popsicle Stick from Geneva?

I am usually not into tricks that appear to be more flatland oriented.  Although, this is one of the most innovative deals that I have seen in months!  Once this dude gets the trick on lock, it will be outrageous!  

I was just informed that this trick is actually called the popsicle stick?  If you have any info on this, feel free to shoot some text in the comments.
